III. Human Hope Foundation, Shimla
The Organisation
The Human Hope Foundation is dedicated to creating sustainable and qualitative changes in the lives of the marginalized sections of the society by focusing on basic education. With the help of several teaching volunteers, the Human Hope Foundation provides Children with a space to learn. With the support of their families the Human Hope Foundation offers a holistic approach for children to break the vicious cycle of poverty.
1. Image Video
Communicating the importance of Human Hope Foundation’s work was one of the main targets we set ourselves. For potential donors to understand how the Human Hope Foundation helps children we tried to fit the most important parts into a short video. We described the different struggles and how the Human Hope Foundation supports the children. The video will help to give people a short introduction to the work.
2. Volunteer Video
Like in many other smaller organisations volunteers are the backbone of the Human Hope Foundation. Having enough volunteers to teach all the children according to their talents and needs is an essential part of the concept. In this context, we produced a video that shall help to attract new volunteers. By letting the volunteers speak about their experience of working with the Human Hope Foundation, we hope to attract more volunteers to help children achieve their potential.
2. Volunteers

By letting the volunteers speak about their experience of working with the Human Hope Foundation, we hope to attract more volunteers to help children achieve their potential.

3. Website Re-Do
We analysed the existing website and developed a concept on how to improve the overall message, the usability and functionality of the page. The foundation is supported by a webdesigner who has made the existing page so instead of doing the improvements ourselves we crafted a detailed document containing all the changes we suggest. Next to technical improvements and extensive research to find a suitable payment gateway provider for online donations we provided a library of photographies to vividly portray Human Hope’s work.

The brand colours and a number of new design features will help make the Human Hope Foundation more known among people in and around Shimla. After creating the designs, we included them into a simple online graphic design tool to enable Vikram to easily brand his pictures on his smartphone. Teaching and creating posts together were important steps towards ensuring that future posts include the new branding elements.
